The team is led by Dr. Dan Evans who previously held senior executive roles in the mining industry with WMC Resources Limited and in professional services with Accenture.

Our Approach

Executive Compass works primarily with corporate executive team members who have short term, significant issues to be addressed requiring additional expert skills or capacity to resolve.  We assist in carefully defining the target issue to be addressed and specific outcomes required.  This provides the basis to draft work plans for review, modification and agreement prior to defining resource requirements and applicable frameworks, methodologies and consulting project deliverables.

Our Target Market and Clients

Our primary focus is the SME sector within the capital intensive industry sectors including energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, mining and metals in Australia.  A signficant number of assignments have been completed for technology commercialization companies across a broad range of industry sectors.

Our typical client is a corporate executive or board member with a short term, high priority need for external, executive consulting support to deal with an issue where Executive Compass has proven expertise.
